Program 1 – Donation Option

Make a non-refundable contribution to Grenada's National Transformation Fund (NTF), starting at USD 150,000 for a single applicant. This investment supports national development projects and provides an expedited route to citizenship for those seeking to leverage Grenada's unique benefits, including access to the E-2 Investor Visa with the U.S.

Program 2 –Real Estate Options

Government Approved Real Estate in Grenada which can be resold after 5 years starting from USD 220,000 in addition to a minimum non-refundable contribution of USD 50,000 applies for this option.

Government processing Fees

Main applicant - USD 35,000 Spouse - USD 20,000 Per additional qualifying dependent** (0-30 years old /55 years old and above) - USD 10,000.

Government Approved Real Estate

(Starting from) USD 220,000 in addition to a minimum non- refundable contribution of USD 50,000 applies for this option.

Child: If financially fully dependent on main applicant and studying full time for higher education under 30 years old.

Parent: If financially fully dependent on main applicant and above 55 years old.
